The successful candidate will participate in the due diligence process and contribute to the analysis of value enhancement opportunities for our existing and future portfolios.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsibilities will focus on acquiring properties mainly located in France but also other European locations working as part of a European team based in Paris, Munich, London, and Amsterdam<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing proposed acquisitions and sales to ensure defined criteria is met<\/li>\n<li>Developing pro forma financials on both a pre-tax and after-tax basis<\/li>\n<li>Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring pricing is appropriate within the context of the prevailing market<\/li>\n<li>Preparing Introduction and Investment Committees materials<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process<\/li>\n<li>Frequent property inspections<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with Research teams to ensure \u201ctarget markets\u201d are considered when evaluating potential locations and themes for new investments<\/li>\n<li>Continually monitor conditions within local markets to have a framework from which to evaluate new investments<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with relevant colleagues (from the Fund Management, Asset Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Financing teams) as well as coordinating external service providers in that respect<\/li>\n<li>Active and efficient dialogue with Fund Managers about the required investment products (desired sector \/ geographic weightings, income profile etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates with experience and expertise in real estate market(s) and acquisitions (through internships) will be preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong internal and external networks<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the complex investment fundamentals of each individual transaction and the underlying sectors\/assets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as a team within an international environment, in a reactive and accountable manner and demonstrating initiative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to contribute successfully and efficiently to closing deals; whilst discarding deals that do not meet investor criteria<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical ability and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Argus)<\/li>\n<li>Currently completing or recently completed a Master&#8217;s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English &amp; French (spoken &amp; written)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Valuation would be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Source: <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" href=\"https:\/\/jll.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/lasallecareers\/job\/Paris-FRA\/Intern--Transactions_REQ495616\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LaSalle Investment Management Company&#8217;s Page<\/a><\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role will assist the Paris team in evaluating, structuring, and closing real estate transactions (acquisitions and sales).
