This entry-level role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Investor Services in the UK. The role involves close collaboration with Investor Relations, Fund and Legal &amp; Compliance teams, and Senior Management, as well as liaising with external service providers and clients.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day management of the centralised mailbox and investor onboarding. The objective is to deliver a &#8220;best-in-class&#8221; service offering to the business and clients whilst developing investor servicing and operations knowledge and establishing robust processes.<\/p>\n<h2>Role and Accountabilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate comprehensive investor onboarding processes in partnership with IR and Compliance teams<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing the centralised mailbox for investor queries using Zendesk, ensuring prompt and professional responses<\/li>\n<li>Process Investor Portal support and access request tickets<\/li>\n<li>Respond to investor queries and provide comprehensive client service across multiple investment strategies<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation and coordination, working closely with IR professionals and fund teams<\/li>\n<li>Manage DDQ and RFI processes from initial receipt through final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate responses<\/li>\n<li>Support firm-level requests including industry surveys, consultant database updates, and benchmarking studies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate responses to internal and external audit enquiries and provide requested documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support data gathering, compilation, validation, and reconciliation activities<\/li>\n<li>Support routine internal partner queries and respond promptly to stakeholder questions across global teams<\/li>\n<li>Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and apply established solutions under guidance<\/li>\n<li>Escalate complex matters appropriately whilst maintaining client service excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in German and English is required<\/li>\n<li>Additional language skills in French and\/or Italian would be advantageous but are not essential<\/li>\n<li>Quick learner with strong organisational abilities<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working independently and effectively managing multiple client requests and project deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail with unwavering focus on accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, suitable for professional investor interactions<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical capabilities with interest in investment processes<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking abilities and willingness to complete a variety of projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility with changing client priorities, deadlines and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Highly self-motivated individual with proactive approach and strong initiative<\/li>\n<li>Client-focused professional with confidence, integrity and understanding of institutional investor expectations<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of data privacy requirements for handling confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise competing demands in fast-paced IR environment<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Zendesk and Juniper Square platforms advantageous but not essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/jll.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/lasallecareers\/job\/Munich-DEU\/Analyst--Investor-Services_REQ507204\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LaSalle Investment Management Company&#8217;s Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LaSalle Investment Management is seeking an Analyst to join the Investor Services team in our Munich office, working within the broader IR group to provide comprehensive client service.
