This role ensures full compliance with the Freddie Mac Seller\/Servicer Guide, drives superior borrower service, and proactively manages complex loans across a growing portfolio. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Freddie Mac servicing expertise, strong process discipline, and a track record of building high-performing teams. <strong>The position is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain end-to-end compliance with the Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller\/Servicer Guide and related servicing standards, policies, and timelines; establish and maintain internal SOPs and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, administer, or refer borrower requests to the appropriate Servicing functional business unit or outside party upon review of the applicable loan documents and service agreements<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Asset Management, Originations, Credit, Legal, and Accounting to align servicing strategies with portfolio objectives; present portfolio performance to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Read and interpret loan documents when presented with questions and issues related to their loan portfolio to fulfill client request<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate payoff requests between borrower and payoff team<\/li>\n<li>Monitor payment delinquencies for loans in assigned portfolio. Coordinate collection inquiries to determine nature of default<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve customer inquiries and promote Borrower Insight when appropriate for borrower self-service<\/li>\n<li>Interaction and communication with other departments regarding borrower inquiries to ensure accuracy in all transaction requirements including billing, reporting, remitting and system set up<\/li>\n<li>Re-price interest rate caps escrow account and set monthly constants with an escalated awareness to market conditions; monitor rate fluctuations on ARM billing and for rate cap purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interest rate cap renewals with Borrower and investor counsel.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review loan specific trigger\/tickler events to ensure appropriate action is taken to meet required deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Monitor loan maturities in conjunction with the payoff team and discuss with borrower their plans for upcoming maturity<\/li>\n<li>Monitor portfolio specific reports as required to process any open issues as required<\/li>\n<li>Work with all applicable functional business units to ensure compliance with loan document requirements and borrower requests on all servicing systems<\/li>\n<li>Review written analysis of lease documents and enforce approval conditions with borrowers<\/li>\n<li>Initial contact with borrowers for disaster reporting in the event of natural disasters to assess potential damage.<\/li>\n<li>Train new hires, maintaining policies and procedures, and assist with audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Core Competencies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey loan status<\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem solve and communicate with others at all levels \u2013 internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Must display a high degree of initiative, task ownership and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to research and resolve matters as new issues arise<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work productively and multitask.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and utilize policies and procedures, investor guides and loan documents<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and prioritize projects, complete multiple tasks on schedule, and function as a committed team player<\/li>\n<li>Work productively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BS degree in finance, accounting, real estate or other business-related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of multifamily loan servicing and\/or asset management experience, with direct Freddie Mac portfolio responsibility strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the Freddie Mac Multifamily Seller\/Servicer Guide and servicing standards, including investor reporting, escrow administration, consent processes, and surveillance.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience building teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of loan servicing systems and proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to meet strict reporting timelines with high accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/hdow.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX_1001\/job\/248356\/?utm_source=website&amp;utm_medium=careers-external&amp;utm_campaign=careers-external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newmark Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced servicing leader to manage day-to-day and strategic oversight of our Freddie Mac multifamily portfolio.
