By combining operational execution with analytical input, you will support strategic decision-making and ongoing fund management activities.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong willingness to learn and collaborate across pan-European teams\u2014including Investments, Accounting, Structured Finance, and Debt Finance. Prior experience is beneficial, but not essential\u2014we value curiosity, ownership, and drive above all.<\/p>\n<h2>You&#8217;ll be responsible for:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Fund Management &amp; Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a key interface between Fund Management and internal stakeholders (Accounting, Finance, ESG, Transactions)<\/li>\n<li>Support cross-functional collaboration throughout the fund lifecycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Acquisitions &amp; Disposals<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the execution of real estate acquisitions and disposals<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing investment materials for internal committees and institutional investors<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of structured investment memoranda<\/li>\n<li>Support analysis of investment and financing structures in collaboration with Structured Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Cash Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse fund-level cash movements across complex structures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive fund flow documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with financings and restructuring activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support performance analysis and identify key value drivers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular fund reports and ad hoc analyses<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate reporting timelines and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to investor presentations and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Assist in NAV processes in close cooperation with Accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update fund databases, ensuring high data quality<\/li>\n<li>Support data room preparation for transactions and due diligence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Investor &amp; Stakeholder Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage professionally with investors, advisors, and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>You&#8217;ll need to have:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant first experience (internships, working student, or entry-level role) is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (interest in AI tools is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in real estate investment management and fund operations<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in German and confident in English communication<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset<\/li>\n<li>High level of motivation and willingness to learn and grow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/invesco.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/IVZ\/job\/Munich-Bavaria\/Associate--Fund-Management--Real-Estate-_R-14227-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Invesco&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an Associate, Fund Management to join our Real Estate Fund Management team in Munich.
