This role involves acting as an intermediary to ensure successful transactions and optimal outcomes for all parties involved.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the growth and expansion of Berkadia\u2019s Investment Sales practice by aggressively originating, structuring, and closing transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the sale of commercial real estate through diverse marketing channels.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and provide necessary legal documentation to support transactions.<br \/>\nBuild and nurture client relationships within the assigned region.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Mortgage Bankers to enhance business development and strengthen the Berkadia brand.<\/li>\n<li>Accompany buyers on property tours, offering advice on property suitability and value.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about commercial real estate and market trends by reviewing industry literature and attending conventions, seminars, and association meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in Investment Sales Brokerage \u2013 Affordable Housing preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines within a collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Education &amp; Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berkadia.com\/jobs\/berkadia\/director-investment-sales-2\/?gh_jid=7684325003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Berkadia Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Director will facilitate the representation of clients in the buying and selling of commercial properties, providing essential support in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
