{"id":44571,"date":"2026-06-25T10:37:46","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T15:37:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=44571"},"modified":"2026-06-27T04:43:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-27T09:43:23","slug":"analyst-1-commercial-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/analyst-1-commercial-real-estate\/","title":{"rendered":"Analyst 1 &#8211; Commercial Real Estate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Review transaction documentation received from field offices, including leases, purchase &amp; sale agreements, commission agreements, and representation agreements.<br \/>\nCommunicate with field offices to address missing or conflicting information, escalating to management when necessary to ensure timely entry of transactions.<br \/>\nAccurately enter transaction data into the revenue management system following established procedures and guidelines.<br \/>\nGenerate invoices for field offices and handle inquiries from brokers, operations managers, revenue processors, and other stakeholders regarding transaction status.<br \/>\nEnsure timely setup of vendors requiring payment from RMS (outside brokers and clients).<br \/>\nRequest NDX entries from the Research Department when necessary and submit completed transactions to broker contacts for approval.<br \/>\nMaintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.<br \/>\nAssist in task prioritization and follow-up to ensure completion of projects and assignments within designated deadlines.<br \/>\nIdentify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n<h2>Other Job Functions:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist on various projects as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u202fSkills, Education and Experience:\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree; preferably in related subjects such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business or Real Estate Law<\/li>\n<li>Experience in lease review and interpreting agreements &amp; legal language.<\/li>\n<li>Must be familiar with PC applications such as MS-Excel ad MS-Word.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with computerized accounting systems a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, writing and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/hdow.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX_1001\/job\/248273\/?keyword=real+estate&amp;mode=location&amp;utm_source=website&amp;utm_medium=careers-external&amp;utm_campaign=careers-external\">Newmark Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Review transaction documentation received from field offices, including leases, purchase &amp; sale agreements, commission agreements, and representation agreements.
