The Associate, Energy Finance will be a core member of the Energy Finance team, focused on M&A, underwriting, structuring, and executing renewable energy transactions. This is a deal execution role: you will build and own transaction models, evaluate project and portfolio economics, help shape financeable commercial terms, prepare investment materials, coordinate diligence, and support closings across asset sales, project financings, capital raises, and strategic capital provider processes.<\/p>\n
