This role serves as a critical partner to the VP, Regional Lead, helping drive deal velocity, manage execution risk, and translate customer requirements into executable development outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>As part of a global capital deployment and development team delivering more than $1 billion in projects annually, you will collaborate closely with regional development, construction, capital, legal, and customer teams. The role spans all Central Region markets and works directly with the VP, Regional Lead, and a growing group of development and execution professionals.<\/p>\n<p>This individual must demonstrate willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>The preferred office location is a major Central Region metro, such as Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL.<\/p>\n<h2>Key responsibilities include:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with the VP, Regional Lead to advance Build-to-Suit opportunities with Prologis\u2019 top global and regional customers<\/li>\n<li>Own day-to-day due diligence, pipeline management, underwriting coordination, and transaction execution for active BTS pursuits<\/li>\n<li>Manage cross-functional workflows spanning land, entitlements, design, construction, capital approval, and legal across multiple concurrent pursuits while adapting to evolving customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist in identifying, evaluating, and advancing land acquisitions and redevelopment opportunities that support current and future BTS demand<\/li>\n<li>Support entitlement, permitting, and site readiness efforts in coordination with the regional capital deployment and development teams<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key point of coordination between the VP, Regional Lead, development, construction, capital, legal, and market teams<\/li>\n<li>Prepare materials and analysis to support investment committee reviews and internal approvals. Maintain organized, accurate data on customers, sites, and active BTS pursuits through pipeline management.
