The Analyst will support Managing Directors in assessing fund-level considerations for acquisitions, asset management, and disposition recommendations. Reports to the Managing Director, Fund Management &#8211; Americas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the review and execution of potential fund investments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, maintain, and review recurring and ad-hoc asset and fund level reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytical support for leasing and capital expenditure decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Create and review financial models for investment underwriting, property valuations, and hold\/sell analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize market intelligence and quantitative research to identify strengths and risks of investment opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other units within Investment Management (Finance, Research, Risk) and within the broader firm (e.g., regional teams) to advance major projects.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general support to senior team members in decision-making and strategy execution.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and execute special projects as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA \/ BS degree in business, analytics, or quantitative fields.<br \/>\nOne or more years of related experience, within commercial real estate or finance.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to distill complex concepts in an efficient and succinct manner.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated quantitative skills and relationship building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with office, multifamily or industrial real estate preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of real estate development process preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Work overtime as business needs deem appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Work indoors majority of the time but may include some site visits.<\/li>\n<li>Travel may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter and team player who embraces collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate under time pressure and exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers-hines.icims.com\/jobs\/14236\/analyst---fund-management\/job\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hines&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Analyst &#8211;
