This individual will lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and the development of client deliverables including Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and Offering Memorandums (OMs).<\/p>\n<p>The role requires a strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital markets dynamics, and investor underwriting criteria. Candidates must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with direct exposure to ownership groups, investors, and internal deal teams.<\/p>\n<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Financial Analysis &amp; Underwriting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis using ARGUS Enterprise and Excel for a variety of asset types<\/li>\n<li>Build and audit complex discounted cash flow (DCF) models, including development and redevelopment scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, lease abstracts, and market assumptions to inform underwriting<\/li>\n<li>Translate underwriting into actionable pricing guidance and investment narratives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Valuation &amp; Client Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) materials and pricing recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Develop institutional-quality Offering Memorandums and marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling investment theses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transaction Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, buyer underwriting support, and escrow coordination<\/li>\n<li>Manage data rooms, process timelines, and execution checklists<\/li>\n<li>Interface with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Market Research &amp; Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct in-depth market research, including comparable sales, leasing data, and capital markets trends<\/li>\n<li>Track investor activity and underwriting trends across product types<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic insight to inform positioning and marketing of assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>COMPETENCIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with rigorous attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred)<\/li>\n<li>3 or more years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in capital markets, investments sales, or advisory<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in financial modeling, including ARGUS Enterprise and Excel-based DCF analysis<\/li>\n<li>Experience underwriting multiple asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial preferred)<\/li>\n<li>California Real Estate Salesperson\u2019s License, or ability to obtain one within six months of employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/jobs\/r324034\/senior-financial-analyst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cushman Wakefield Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in underwriting and executing investment sales assignments.
