We advise apartment owners, private investors, and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets \u2014 from small infill properties to larger garden and mid-rise communities. We deliver the personalized attention of a small shop with the reach and resources of a national presence. As we grow, we\u2019re looking for a driven junior broker ready to build a career in multifamily brokerage under the mentorship of experienced dealmakers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Junior Multifamily Investment Sales Broker, you\u2019ll support and gradually lead sales assignments while developing your own book of apartment owner relationships. You\u2019ll learn the full deal lifecycle \u2014 from prospecting and underwriting to negotiation and closing \u2014 with hands-on guidance from senior brokers. This is a growth position for someone who wants to eventually run their own multifamily transactions, not a back-office support role.\u00a0\u00a0You will need to obtain a real estate license and have a strong willingness to make phone calls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect and build relationships with apartment owners and multifamily investors in the local market<\/li>\n<li>Assist senior brokers with listing and sale assignments, including market research, rent comparables, and property tours<\/li>\n<li>Underwrite multifamily deals \u2014 build financial models<\/li>\n<li>Prepare offering memoranda, broker opinions of value, and sales comparable analyses<\/li>\n<li>Track sales comps, cap rate trends, and new supply across your submarkets<\/li>\n<li>Support negotiations and shepherd transactions through due diligence and closing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records<\/li>\n<li>Represent the firm professionally at industry events and in the local multifamily community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Active real estate salesperson license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience required \u2014 you know how to prospect, build rapport, and close<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and financial skills; comfortable underwriting in Excel (rent rolls, T-12s, pro formas)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and coachable, with a genuine interest in multifamily investment<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Local market knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct mentorship from experienced multifamily brokers<\/li>\n<li>A clear path to running your own transactions and building a book of business<\/li>\n<li>The agility of a boutique firm with the credibility of a national platform<\/li>\n<li>Tools, subscriptions, and a full support team with an established brand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Junior Multifamily Investment Sales Broker, Atlanta, GA GREA is a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in multifamily investment sales, combining deep local market knowledge with a national platform.
