In addition to performing comprehensive financial analysis and market research, the position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, proficiency in presenting complex information, and a high degree of motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and update financial models for individual properties and portfolios in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth property evaluations through analysis of lease documents, CAM reconciliations, third-party reports, and operating statements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform comprehensive market and tenant research, consolidating information for internal and external presentations with use of Microsoft PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Actively maintain the team\u2019s sale comps and investor databases.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss deal progress and market trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects and complete multiple tasks on schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work productively under minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Office, Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint, especially Excel<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive team player able to work efficiently under sometime stressful conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Two years minimum experience.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency Argus Enterprise required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial analysis and real estate investment concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret and analyze complex real estate documents, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and expense-performance analyses<\/li>\n<li>Forecasting finance\/general business trends; developing financial reports on assets, revenue, expenditures.<\/li>\n<li>Development budgets and accounting reports to leadership; financial feasibility analysis of development projects,<\/li>\n<li>Financial research for acquisitions and due diligence.
