This role focuses on tracking results, managing the sales funnel, supporting the sales team\u2019s prospecting efforts, and enabling execution through data, technology, content, and cross-functional collaboration.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and analyze capital raising results, sales performance, pipeline health, and funnel progression.<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales funnel reporting, forecasts, and dashboards across Heitman\u2019s product suite to support leadership decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to firmwide communications effort to provide visibility into capital raising efforts and results. Create and maintain firm-level presentations to report capital raising results on a periodic basis.<\/li>\n<li>Provide day-to-day analytical and operational support to the sales team, including assistance with prospecting and industry research.<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage the Client Service &amp; Marketing subscription budget, including managing relationships with third-party vendors and platforms. Regularly assess tool utilization and consolidate or optimize subscriptions as the organization scales.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation and optimization of the new Juniper Square technology solution. Work with the capital raising and client service teams to drive adoption of the new technology platform.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and refine sales content, messaging, and enablement materials in collaboration with product and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and support technical and product training for capital raising team and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate client service and marketing team meetings, including production of materials in support of sales team meetings and product deep divers.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with marketing, client service, product and technology to ensure technology solutions are aligned across business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in sales enablement, capital markets, investor relations, or related roles within real estate investment management, asset management, or financial services.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, fund strategies, and the institutional fundraising process.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience building enablement programs that support revenue or capital formation goals.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting institutional fundraising or alternative investments (real assets, private equity, private credit)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Juniper Square, Salesforce, Preqin, eVestment, With Intelligence)<\/li>\n<li>Relevant advanced degrees or certifications<\/li>\n<li>Background in finance, economics, real estate, or related quantitative disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heitman.com\/jobs\/oVGoAfwj\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Heitman Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Investor Relations Business Analyst supports Heitman\u2019s capital-raising and client service teams by providing insights, structure, and operational support across the sales lifecycle.
