{"id":45243,"date":"2026-08-05T03:36:44","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T08:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=45243"},"modified":"2026-08-03T03:40:26","modified_gmt":"2026-08-03T08:40:26","slug":"senior-director-multifamily","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/senior-director-multifamily\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Director, Multifamily"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Senior Director will assist and direct the Property Managers and Regional Property Managers in successfully attaining the company\u2019s operational and financial goals while reinforcing the company\u2019s customer service culture.<\/p>\n<h2>Job Description<\/h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assumes overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the apartment portfolio in partnership with the Managing Director\/SMD and Asset Manager(s).<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the development of the property budget and constantly seeks to develop strategies for enhancing the economic performance of the assets.<\/li>\n<li>Implements the action plan for maximizing property performance as outlined in the Properties&#8217; budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with the Asset Manager and SMD\/MD at least bi-weekly to discuss marketing, occupancy, budget conformance, personnel, capital improvements and any other material topics.<\/li>\n<li>Complies with all policies and procedures established by the organization and\/or the Asset Manager for the administration of the properties.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all portfolio properties maintain a visually appealing office which is open at least during normal business hours and more often, depending on the needs of the tenants (as necessary).<\/li>\n<li>Hires, trains, and retains qualified personnel and contractors to oversee the daily property operations<\/li>\n<li>Completed regular onsite property visits to ensure onsite operations are being executed to company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates the performance of all personnel and contractors on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Complies with the Federal Wage and Hour Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Workers&#8217; Compensation Act, and all applicable federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Submits written reports on the operations of the property to the RVP and\/or Asset Manager on a monthly basis in a format established by organization.<\/li>\n<li>Informs SMD\/MD and\/or Asset Manager of any high-level issues.
