Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal\/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and mentoring and\/or oversight of the Transaction Coordinator role.<\/p>\n<h2>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>General:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with client\u2019s real estate goals and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with C&amp;W and non C&amp;W brokerage professionals to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including lease, sale, sublease and purchase<\/li>\n<li>Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications<\/li>\n<li>Review, and interpret financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Oversee revenue tracking of all transactions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain database of transaction activity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of all transaction reports<\/li>\n<li>Present transaction activity to client<\/li>\n<li>Lead and\/or facilitate client meetings<\/li>\n<li>Provide suggestions for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the on-boarding of new team members<\/li>\n<li>May provide supervision for transactional team members and others team members supporting the transaction activity of the relationship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the development of standard forms and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Implement standardized processes\/playbooks that create maximum efficiencies and add value<\/li>\n<li>Assist in measuring transactional performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all client and broker engagement documentation is executed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transaction Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate field broker selection process<\/li>\n<li>Assist with determining client needs and communicate project parameters<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate negotiations and management of transactions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate legal review of all client leased\/owned documents<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Resolve landlord\/tenant disputes<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate client site visits\/market tours<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all State real estate standards are met<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the management of client rebate account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Planning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the development of strategic real estate plans<\/li>\n<li>Identify occupancy cost opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of agreed upon strategy<\/li>\n<li>Produce and\/or support business case development<\/li>\n<li>Execute strategies by developing action plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>KEY COMPETENCIES<\/h2>\n<p>1.
