The primary responsibilities will include: leading and driving the timely production of RFP responses and due diligence processes including the coordination and management of internal resources and deadlines, database\/CRM management, product and content development to client-facing marketing materials (presentations, pitchbooks, \u201cleave-behinds\u201d, investment proposals, etc.), for existing as well as new investment products or strategies, tracking progress of capital raising and ensuring adequate follow-ups.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate will support the broader IR team in client interactions, scheduling of roadshows and due diligence for the existing LaSalle products as well as assisting with the identification and strategy development for new products. The successful candidate will also work closely with fund managers, research and strategy team and legal and compliance officers. Central to all these responsibilities is the individual\u2019s ability to think both critically and strategically, and then act tactically \u2013 prioritizing efforts, managing across senior and junior levels in the organization, and managing across time zones to drive initiatives towards outcomes.<\/p>\n<h2>Accountabilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the completion of RFP and DDQ responses end to end including:<\/li>\n<li>Identifying all deliverables and inputs upfront<\/li>\n<li>Careful review of submission instructions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating deadlines and interim milestones<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling planning meetings with relevant teams as needed<\/li>\n<li>Writing and maintaining existing responses in our RFP database<\/li>\n<li>Verification of all data and content<\/li>\n<li>Creating and updating marketing presentations for new clients, prospects and consultants<\/li>\n<li>Project managing pitchbooks and any related marketing materials preparation \u2014 including managing and communicating with internal resources such as sustainability, legal, and fund teams, with clear direction and timelines<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the timely preparation of final meeting materials, including proactively flagging risks or delays<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating presentation and PowerPoint slide archives<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with the regional compliance officer for approvals<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the drafting of fund marketing documentation (introductory fliers, investor pitchbooks, generic DDQ)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with capital raise tracking and reporting including management of CRM updates and leading internal product fundraising calls<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with our various operational, research and fund teams to create and maintain up-to-date product information and case studies for use by IR and other internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Assist in tracking and researching competitive products and potential investors<\/li>\n<li>Proactively communicating status updates on all active workstreams to relevant stakeholders, closing the loop on deliverables and escalating decisions or issues that require senior input<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with IR colleagues in Chicago and our other offices around the world regarding best practices, information sharing and other relevant tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree and minimum of two to four years\u2019 experience, preferably in investment management, consulting, bank or real estate<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of teamwork and excellent organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to work effectively through others to drive outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment, prioritize projects, self-start and deliver quality results within tight time constraints<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and very high attention to detail and quality, e.g. proofing content, punctuation, format, appearance, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage senior managers and their expectations<\/li>\n<li>High energy level and willingness to engage and drive outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage complex documentation<\/li>\n<li>Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Participate in continuing on-the-job training to develop new and existing skills<\/li>\n<li>Thrives in a continuous improvement environment; flexible and adaptable<\/li>\n<li>Receptive to feedback and demonstrates a growth mindset \u2014 actively incorporates coaching and adjusts approach accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work across different time zones which may mean extended days<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to obtain any required
