Senior Surveyors demonstrate strong professional expertise, commercial awareness, and personal leadership, while contributing to financial performance, client excellence, and continuous improvement across the business.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a Senior Investment Surveyor to join our Living team in Dublin, with a focus on Capital Markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to work across a broad range of investment and development transactions, together with asset management mandates throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, analysing, and executing Living property deals while contributing to the development and performance of client assets nationwide.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead sales, acquisitions, and negotiations for a wide range of Living transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic consultancy to institutional investors, family offices, developers and financial institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Create financial models, including cashflow forecasts, IRR calculations, NPV analyses, and residual development appraisals.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare comprehensive strategic asset reports and deliver tailored asset management strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Respond swiftly and effectively to evolving client needs, adapting approaches in a fast\u2011moving market.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously track and analyse activity among key active market participants.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with all Cushman &amp; Wakefield departments to maintain real\u2011time insight into market trends and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full spectrum of agency duties required to service a diverse portfolio of disposal instructions with a focus on Living Capital Markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Knowledge:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Strong professional credibility with the ability to deliver trusted, high\u2011quality advice.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness and a solution\u2011focused approach to client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong decision\u2011making and problem\u2011solving capability.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks and adapting to change.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset, with the ability to support, coach, and enable others.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient and accountable approach when managing challenges and change.<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and forward\u2011thinking, with a focus on continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Inclusive behaviours, valuing diverse perspectives and providing constructive feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Experience:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years\u2019 experience in Capital Markets, Investment Agency, Operational Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting or managing investment transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling skills and ability to interpret market data.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with experience preparing client-facing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Dublin Living Capital dynamics and investor activity is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and ESG considerations is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>SCSI\/RICS qualified or progressing toward chartership.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant property, real estate, finance or business degree.<\/li>\n<li>PSRA licence (Category B) advantageous\u2014support available if required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data platforms beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.cushmanwakefield.com\/en\/jobs\/r-aop-0453\/senior-surveyor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cushman Wakefield Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Senior Surveyor provides excellent professional advice and service to clients and is a key contributor to the organisation\u2019s success.
