Our goal is to help our Analysts advance by providing them with significant responsibility and diverse experiences.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the financial underwriting, assisting in loan closings, and asset management of commercial real estate bridge loans ranging from $5 million to over $50 million.<\/p>\n<h2>Accountabilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Investment due diligence and market research<\/li>\n<li>Creation and delivery of investment committee presentations<\/li>\n<li>Financial reporting and the creation of reports for senior management, partners, investors, and rating agencies (including S&amp;P and Moody\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Asset management and loan payoffs<\/li>\n<li>Perform complex financial analyses, including Excel-based underwriting pro-formas, cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses<\/li>\n<li>Perform detailed quarterly financial statement analysis, review of rent rolls, current and future cash flow and forecasting of cash flows through Argus<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze potential leases and their financial impact on an investment<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytical support to colleagues in the areas of fund operations<\/li>\n<li>Gather and evaluate economic and market data<\/li>\n<li>Assist with client reporting and presentation preparation, including the presentation of investment memoranda to the firm\u2019s Investment Committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BS degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics or related field with strong record of academic achievement<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in transactions, commercial real estate finance, lending, private credit, investment management, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with individuals at all levels within the firm and leading real estate owners throughout the country<\/li>\n<li>Ability to attend investment committee presentations and travel to client meetings, conferences and property tours throughout the United States<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional analytical and communication skills, leadership traits, diligence, and the willingness and capability to function efficiently under significant deadline pressure are essential.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial and analytical ability with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/jll.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/lasallecareers\/job\/Denver-CO\/Senior-Analyst--LaSalle-Debt-Investors_REQ525431\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LaSalle Investment Management Company&#8217;s Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Senior Analyst position offers an opportunity to excel in a fast paced, collegial environment while gaining an understanding of commercial real estate finance and the skills necessary for a&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2767,"featured_media":1766,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Denver, CO","_application":"https:\/\/jll.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/lasallecareers\/job\/Denver-CO\/Senior-Analyst--LaSalle-Debt-Investors_REQ525431","_company_name":"LaSalle Investment Management","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.lasalle.com","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"https:\/\/youtu.be\/2fKqRJ4y8Xw","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"95,000.00 \u2013 110,000.00 USD per year","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":"","_apply_link":"","_hide_expiration":"0","_company_facebook":""},"job_listing_region":[193],"job-categories":[67],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[241],"class_list":{"0":"post-45541","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","6":"job_listing_region-usa-west","7":"job_listing_category-debt-origination","8":"job_listing_type-full-time","9":"job_listing_tag-real-estate-private-equity","11":"job-type-full-time"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
