{"id":45573,"date":"2026-08-27T04:44:35","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T09:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=45573"},"modified":"2026-08-19T04:48:32","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T09:48:32","slug":"senior-analyst-asset-management-12","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/senior-analyst-asset-management-12\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Analyst, Asset Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Asset Management Senior Analyst is responsible for providing support for a variety of asset management functions, including, but not limited to, assistance with budgeting\/reforecasting, financial analysis (NPV, DCF, IRR, etc.), competitive landscape research, and ad hoc projects as required.<\/p>\n<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as asset manager for portfolio (approximately 30 properties) of senior housing equity investments.<\/li>\n<li>Execute asset level business plans in coordination with senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and drive operating performance relative to business plans, including occupancy, NOI, labor costs, and margin trends.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development, review and analysis of annual portfolio and property budgets, including leasing and revenue assumptions, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of quarterly reforecast, including operating expenses, revenue assumptions, and capital expenditures.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and presentation of annual, quarterly and monthly materials and ad hoc requests as required by JV partners and senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring property and portfolio level performance metrics and preparing quarterly analysis and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting property visits and preparing property and local market assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>OTHER DUTIES<\/h2>\n<p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.<\/p>\n<h2>COMPETENCIES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of property-level financial statements, understanding, forecasting, and proven ability to drive performance.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team player with cross-functional engagement skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a dynamic environment. Ability to lead and own a process end-to-end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>TRAVEL<\/h2>\n<p>50% out-of-area and overnight travel is expected.<\/p>\n<h2>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years of experience in real estate and\/or finance, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Previous real estate financial modeling experience, preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in MS Excel required.
