Working under limited supervision, this role works with both internal and external stakeholders to support projects, including the collection of documents in advance of a disbursement, as well as tracking repayments after a loan has closed. This role is responsible for closing out projects and maintaining a positive relationship with contractors and building owners.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities and Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides customer service as the relationship manager after loan closing, including guiding contractors through our disbursement process and ensuring a positive experience.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees disbursements on energy efficiency projects, including items such as: processing and project managing draw requests and tracking\/reporting draw amounts and interest accrued.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures asset activity is communicated in advance to appropriate parties \u2013 lenders, administrators, and accountants.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies critical risks \/ project setbacks through review \/ analysis of submitted documentation including budget allocations, title documentation and site inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Works with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, engineers\/inspectors, attorneys and borrowers to resolve any project issues or documentation needs as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all construction projects adhere to conditions as outlined in the Loan Agreement, follow regulatory standards and maintain the approved schedule \/ budget within the credit policy.<\/li>\n<li>Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Educational Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>University (Degree) Preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Career Level<\/h2>\n<p>7IC<\/p>\n<h2>Required:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ Years in Construction loan administration and debt asset management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ Years Construction loan administration and debt asset management<\/li>\n<li>CPACE experience a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers.tiaa.org\/associate-director-cpace-asset-management\/job\/7ADAC723C01F2918F23A6CD7024C8017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nuveen&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Associate Director, CPACE Asset Management is responsible for ensuring that assets are tracked and disbursed per program and company requirements.
