In this internship, you\u2019ll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it\u2019s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You\u2019ll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.<\/p>\n
Throughout the interview and evaluation process, candidates will be considered for placement on one of two teams: Credit or Equity. While you will be placed on one team for reporting purposes, you can expect a mix of collaboration between both teams.<\/p>\n
Credit:<\/strong> Invesco Real Estate’s Credit business provides financing solutions for commercial real estate investments, primarily through loans secured by institutional-quality properties. The team focuses on generating attractive income through disciplined underwriting and risk management while leveraging Invesco’s integrated global real estate platform and market expertise.<\/p>\n Equity:<\/strong> Invesco Real Estate’s Equity business invests directly in commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and specialty sectors. The team seeks to create value through property ownership, active management, and strategic investment across a range of risk and return profiles, from core income-focused investments to higher-growth opportunities.<\/p>\nWhat you\u2019ll do<\/h2>\n
