{"id":45727,"date":"2026-08-31T14:18:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-31T19:18:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=45727"},"modified":"2026-09-01T03:24:54","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T08:24:54","slug":"associate-director-land-investments-hospitality-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/associate-director-land-investments-hospitality-real-estate\/","title":{"rendered":"Associate Director\u2013 Land &#038; Investments &#8211; Hospitality Real Estate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in growing capital markets business in the hospitality vertical across the region.<\/li>\n<li>Business Development and Maintain cordial relationships with Hotel operators, promoters &amp; Family offices (Investors)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Revenue achievement for the region QOQ basis<\/li>\n<li>Provide necessary support in setting up processes, qualifying criteria\u2019s, review mechanism and ops structure for the business.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate proposals and prepare analysis reports for clients and internal business operations<\/li>\n<li>Organize regular meetings \/ calls \/ web calls with clients and key stake holders<\/li>\n<li>Track progress and revenue via WIP \u2013 Revenue growth QOQ<\/li>\n<li>Generate analytics to support strategy initiatives, work closely with colleagues in other teams.<\/li>\n<li>Track broker meetings on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Track opportunities and stages<\/li>\n<li>Track engagement and penetration with clients<\/li>\n<li>Track dormant accounts \u2013 not contacted within 90 days<\/li>\n<li>Track competition every quarter for the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Educational Qualification<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from recognized University or MBA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10 \u2013 12 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real estate transactions<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with background in Real estate Investment Banking &amp; Consulting<\/li>\n<li>Brokers from IPCs with related transaction experience<\/li>\n<li>Banking professionals with similar experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Other Skills &amp; Abilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret the most complex business documents.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity of commercial real estate asset classes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of capital raising will be additional advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write reports using distinctive style.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and\/or public groups.<\/li>\n<li>Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial\/business analysis and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.<\/li>\n<li>Requires analytical and quantitative skills &amp; experience in developing strategic solutions.
