{"id":45947,"date":"2026-09-10T13:32:21","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T18:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=45947"},"modified":"2026-09-10T14:23:49","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T19:23:49","slug":"cincinnati-oh-full-time-senior-property-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/cincinnati-oh-full-time-senior-property-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Property Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Opportunity &#8211; Senior Property Manager with ES Properties with Cincinnati, OH<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ready to bring your property management experience to a role where you can make a real impact?<\/strong><br \/>\nES Properties is seeking a hands-on <strong>Senior Property Manager<\/strong> to support resident relationships, property upkeep, collections, documentation, maintenance coordination, and daily operations across a growing multifamily portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Property Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day operations for a multifamily apartment portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct property inspections and address maintenance, safety, service, and turnover needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure lease requirements, company policies, and community standards are followed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Resident Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a primary contact for resident questions, concerns, and escalated issues.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly, follow through, and support resident satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Maintenance &amp; Vendor Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with maintenance personnel to prioritize work orders, resident requests, and turnovers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate vendors, schedules, supplies, access, and follow-up on work quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collections &amp; Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident account questions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate leases, notices, resident files, property records, and Rent Manager documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team &amp; Daily Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day guidance to Assistant Property Managers and property staff.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate communication among residents, maintenance, vendors, leasing, and office staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of multifamily property management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multiple properties, communities, or residential locations.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, inspections, maintenance coordination, and turnovers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, organization, follow-through, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join ES Properties?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join a growing Cincinnati organization that values service, teamwork, and accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Make a visible difference for residents and the properties you manage.<\/li>\n<li>Work with a supportive, collaborative team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CARE FOR THE PROPERTIES.
