Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>As an Analyst- Investor Relations with Hines, you will support Hines\u2019 global client servicing efforts with a focus on investor relations for current institutional, high net worth and family office investors in the EMEA region. The role will also include supporting the Global Investor Relations team when needed. You will be part of the EMEA Investor Relations team, reporting to the Senior Associate based in London and supporting the team\u2019s efforts to manage relations with existing investors to enhance client satisfaction and retention. You will be part of a team providing exceptional service to our investors across the Hines platform. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Investor Relations team in operational and daily business matters.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate specific details about Hines\u2019 past, current and prospective investment vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Create critical documents and other communications, ensuring appropriate messaging in response to current investors\u2019 enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Support the investor onboarding process for EMEA domiciled institutional investors.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate regular and efficient communication with investors including reporting, handling incoming investor inquiries, delivering information\/updates.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate to optimize and maintain the Investor Portal for existing investors. Including supporting with investor communication via the Portal.<\/li>\n<li>Providing administrative and analytical support to support the day-to-day business operations of the Investor Relations team.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with Investor Marketing, Investor Services, Capital Raisers, Fund Management, Finance, Asset Management, Legal and Compliance, and other teams across the Hines organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p>Minimum Requirements include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of related experience, particularly within institutional real estate, in an investment management, investor relations, financial analysis or legal role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Extremely service orientated with a positive mindset to attend investor requests.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Perform basic numerical and financial calculations and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of the real estate terms and concepts as well institutional investment vehicles preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/careers-hines.icims.com\/jobs\/14477\/investor-relations-analyst\/job\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hines&#8217;s Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you join Hines, you will embark on a career journey fueled by vision and guided by leaders who set the standards of our industry.
