The LDP is a rotational program designed to facilitate multi-disciplinary training and cultivate well-rounded real estate professionals. Senior Associates gain this experience through exposure to Tishman Speyer\u2019s core functional areas. Rotations can last anywhere from 12 months to 24 months and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>The program is based in New York with potential opportunities to spend time in several of our U.S. regional and international offices.<\/p>\n<p>Past rotations have included the following business areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisitions<\/li>\n<li>Alternatives<\/li>\n<li>Industrial<\/li>\n<li>Asset Management<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Debt Capital Markets<\/li>\n<li>Design &amp; Construction (pre-acquisitions development)<\/li>\n<li>Development<\/li>\n<li>Equity Capital Markets<\/li>\n<li>Innovation &amp; New Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio Management<\/li>\n<li>Studio (Co-Working)<\/li>\n<li>Venture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We anticipate that after 1-3 assignments, Senior Associates will continue to build expertise within a specific function or geography.
