The position will support all aspects of the department, including contributions to internal databases, production of market statistics, market analysis, and production of reports. This position presents an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development within the company, sitting in the company\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to internal proprietary databases, including but not limited to lease comparables, stacking plans and tenants in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Support the process of determining market statistics for all New York City markets<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the production of market reports, white papers, and trend pieces by creating and\/or editing content<\/li>\n<li>Support the production of customized research material for sales professionals and their clients upon request<\/li>\n<li>Prepare standardized quarterly slides of current trends for client presentations and pitches<\/li>\n<li>Attend internal sales meetings to capture market data and information<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Skills, Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in real estate, business, economics, or a closely related field<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of relevant working experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the New York City office market<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify trends and develop industry reports<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data entry and database management<\/li>\n<li>Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
