Axim Real Estate Partners is a New York City-based real estate investment firm, partnered with a multi trillion institution on acquiring 421a tax-abated multifamily properties. We\u2019re hiring a foundational hire who will work directly with the founders across acquisitions and asset management, with the opportunity to grow into a senior role quickly as the platform scales.<\/p>\n
This is not a typical analyst seat. You\u2019ll underwrite deals, manage assets, and be pulled into whatever the business needs that week \u2014 finance, operations, diligence, vendor and broker relationships. If you like structure and a fixed lane, this isn\u2019t it. If you want outsized responsibility early and the ability to shape how a growing platform runs, it is.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n
Underwrite and evaluate acquisition opportunities across NYC multifamily
\nSupport due diligence, closing, and transition-to-ownership on new deals
\nManage day-to-day asset performance across the portfolio
\nBuild and maintain financial models, reporting, and tracking systems
\nTake on whatever else the business needs \u2014 this role will evolve fast<\/p>\n
Who you are<\/p>\n
2\u20133 years of experience in real estate,
\nAn entrepreneurial self-starter who needs minimal direction and takes ownership without being asked twice
\nExtremely organized \u2014 you build your own systems rather than relying on someone else\u2019s
\nSharp and quick \u2014 both technically (modeling, analysis) and in reading people and situations
\nFluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) as a working habit, not a novelty
