Analysts work alongside experienced transaction professionals, gaining hands-on experience underwriting asset sales and debt placement across all property types. Through exposure to some of the industry\u2019s most relevant transactions, Analysts develop a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate and the capital markets. Throughout the program, Analysts also receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to support their professional development.<\/p>\n<p>The 2027 U.S. Analyst Program will start on <strong>August 9th, 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Essential Functions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist transaction professionals with the underwriting and execution of asset sales and debt placement across a variety of property types<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with senior team members to prepare presentations, financial analyses, and other transaction-related materials<\/li>\n<li>Perform comprehensive company, property, market, and industry research and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Conduct financial modeling and evaluate property-level operating and financial performance<\/li>\n<li>Support the collection, organization, and review of due diligence materials<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of pitches, offering memoranda, marketing<\/li>\n<li>materials, and other transaction-related presentations, as applicable by office and assignment<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market data, comparable transactions, and relevant industry trends to support transaction execution<\/li>\n<li>Support transaction teams throughout various stages of the deal process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Education and Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree or currently pursuing degree with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027 or earlier<\/li>\n<li>Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work and\/or extra-curricular activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, Skills and Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to financial modeling and proficiency with Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated interest in building a career in financial services, with a focus on commercial real estate finance<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and highly focused environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, proactive, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of personal accountability and commitment to achieving results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/4472950142\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eastdil Secured Career Page<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The U.S. Analyst Program, which lasts up to two years, provides Analysts the opportunity to develop the skills and experience necessary to succeed as a commercial real estate professional.
