This team is responsible for investor reporting and analysis and is a great place to start your career in real estate and gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment!<\/p>\n<h2>Department Description:<\/h2>\n<p>Our <strong>Acquisition<\/strong>s team prepares pro forma cash flow projections for potential investment opportunities, creates deal summaries, coordinates and participates in due diligence. This is a collaborative team that works closely with other departments throughout the investment process.
