{"id":46857,"date":"2026-10-27T10:15:59","date_gmt":"2026-10-27T15:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=46857"},"modified":"2026-10-27T01:22:46","modified_gmt":"2026-10-27T06:22:46","slug":"senior-analyst-transactions-9","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.adventuresincre.com\/acrejobs\/job\/senior-analyst-transactions-9\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Analyst &#8211; Transactions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Position Overview:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assembling and modifying discounted cash flow projection models with respect to an investment, utilizing both Excel and Argus<\/li>\n<li>Assist with all due diligence relating to new investments including but not limited to the review of third party environmental and engineering reports, title, survey, historical financial statements, leases, and market research<\/li>\n<li>Assembling and drafting investment memos to be presented to Clarion Partners and client investment committees<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze the financial performance of properties and portfolios<\/li>\n<li>Create\/maintain portfolio models<\/li>\n<li>Assist with financing and disposition transactions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparation and review of portfolio level and client reports<\/li>\n<li>Prepare ad-hoc reports when needed<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects as needed<\/li>\n<li>Projections: Assemble and modify cash flow projection models with respect to an investment, utilizing both Argus and Excel.<br \/>\nUtilize judgment, develop and form strong opinions on various underwriting assumptions and appropriate pricing\/return parameters<\/li>\n<li>Investment Memoranda: Prepare and assist in the presentation of Preliminary and Final Investment Memoranda to the Investment Committee and to Portfolio Management personnel. Involves substantial data review and writing<\/li>\n<li>Assist with financing<\/li>\n<li>Prepare ad-hoc reports when needed; assist with special projects as needed<\/li>\n<li>Up to 25% of the analyst\u2019s time may be spent on asset management, portfolio management, or research tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Candidate Profile | Minimum Requirements:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in real estate or finance; advanced degree is a plus<\/li>\n<li><strong>Senior Analyst Experience:<\/strong> 2 years postgraduate experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling; high competency in preparing cash flows<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of success deploying capital into investments that generate projected returns and create long-term value for all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience in investment underwriting both commercial and residential asset types.
