AWM serves client groups globally through two core businesses: the Asset Management (AM) business, which serves institutional and retail clients, and the Global Private Bank (GPB) business, which serves high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.<\/p>\n<h2>Job responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing competitive and market sizing analyses, including profiling competitors\u2019 offerings \/ strategies and identifying factors driving growth or change in industry structure<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and developing growth strategies, based on identifying customer segments, buying behaviors, and customer value propositions<\/li>\n<li>Modeling business decisions, determining cost structures \/ drivers, and assessing financial impacts<\/li>\n<li>Defining operating models and addressing related organizational design and client coverage segments<\/li>\n<li>Engaging in client meetings as subject matter experts<\/li>\n<li>Managing or facilitating inter-LOB or intra-LOB initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Driving development of key leadership communication and strategy materials (including for Investor Day and annual Operating Committee off-sites)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years in consulting with a top-tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting, corporate strategy team, or equivalent experience in asset &amp; wealth management industry<\/li>\n<li>A hypothesis-driven mind-set, combined with strong business intuition, creativity and tenacity, to develop business insights<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide structure to ambiguous situations, applying problem-solving frameworks to cut through ambiguity with confidence<\/li>\n<li>Strong quantitative skills, particularly designing complex models in Excel<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build consultative relationships with senior management, becoming a trusted partner<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare clear and concise, well-designed presentations in PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills; prior experience presenting to senior management<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal leadership and influencing skills, and ability to achieve goals without direct control over resources<\/li>\n<li>Financial services background (especially asset &amp;
