Advisor Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with PWAs to drive regional lending activity.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in prospect and client meetings to assess borrowing needs, educate clients on the Private Bank\u2019s lending capabilities, and originate new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients and advisors on tailored lending strategies across a broad spectrum of asset classes\u2014including securities-based lending, structured credit, and commercial real estate financing (including income-producing properties, transitional assets, and portfolio-level transactions).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Origination &amp; Credit Structuring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively source and originate new lending opportunities, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate transactions and complex financing structures.<\/li>\n<li>Lead end-to-end deal execution, including screening, structuring, pricing considerations, and positioning transactions within the Firm\u2019s credit framework.<\/li>\n<li>Structure tailored CRE and asset-backed lending solutions that align client objectives with risk appetite and return thresholds.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the first layer of control by prescreening opportunities and developing thoughtful, well-structured proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with U.S. Underwriting on credit memo preparation, transaction approvals, and ongoing portfolio management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk &amp; Portfolio Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively monitor and manage lending exposures, with a focus on identifying early signs of credit risk and implementing mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate solutions for stressed or at-risk positions, particularly within real estate-backed portfolios.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, control procedures, KYC\/AML considerations, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of lending origination experience, with a demonstrated track record in commercial real estate financing and complex credit solutions within private banking, commercial banking, or real estate lending platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise in commercial real estate lending, including experience structuring loans across stabilized, transitional, and portfolio-backed assets, in addition to securities-based and alternative collateral lending.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and execute sophisticated lending transactions aligned to client needs and Firm objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound credit judgment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills\u2014both written and verbal\u2014with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across coverage, underwriting, risk, and operations teams.<\/li>\n<li>Series 7, 63 and SIE required or must be obtained within 4 months of joining.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What Success Looks Like in This Role<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong pipeline and execution of commercial real estate loan originations, contributing meaningfully to regional lending growth and revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Trusted advisor status among PWAs and senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently high-quality credit structuring and disciplined risk management.<\/li>\n<li>Seamless collaboration with underwriting and risk partners.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional client experience from origination through servicing.<\/li>\n<li>Early identification and mitigation of emerging risks across the lending portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The expected base salary for this New York, United States-based position is $115,000 &#8211; $270,000.
