Building on that expertise, we\u2019ve expanded into rate cap advisory, commercial loan assumption and loan workouts, so we can support property owners at nearly every stage of a loan\u2019s life.\u00a0 We\u2019re a boutique team, so there are no layers of hierarchy between you and the work. We provide top-tier mentorship \u2013 so once trained, you\u2019ll be on active deals right away and your work will be seen and used.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a B2B specialist, you\u2019ll generate new business across our commercial real estate lending and financial consulting lines. You\u2019ll build relationships with property owners, brokers and referral sources by phone, email and in person.\u00a0 You\u2019ll be measured on contacts, engagements and closings &#8211; we reward your effort as much as we do your results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reach out to property owners, brokers and referral sources to build a pipeline of new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Hold real conversations by phone, email and in person, and guide prospects toward a close<\/li>\n<li>Work and train alongside experienced colleagues on complex transactions, learning the trade of being a commercial debt advisor and solution artist<\/li>\n<li>Grow your skills through full training and hands-on deal experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You might be a fit if you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are curious about sales and want to become a skilled salesperson, whether you\u2019re just starting out or have limited experience<\/li>\n<li>Hunger, energy and work ethic are the most important characteristics for success in this role<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and in person, and build rapport quickly<\/li>\n<li>Put clients first and enjoy being a problem solver and helping people succeed<\/li>\n<li>Are coachable, competitive, motivated by results and seeking mentorship<\/li>\n<li>Recent, new grads encouraged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales or business development experience is a plus, not a requirement.
