Park Tower – Transbay Block 5

Park tower

Park Tower, currently under construction on Transbay Block 5, is a 605′, 43 story office tower being developed by John Buck and designed by Goettsch Partners. This will be a Class A office tower with ground floor retail that will be diagonally opposite of the Transbay Transit Center and City Park. One unique feature about the project is that there will be 14 tenant exclusive sky decks. The lower seven decks face City Park atop the Transbay Transit Center and the top seven decks face eastward and overlook the bay.
