Note About Response Times

All messages are received by A.CRE support staff, not by Spencer and Michael. As a result, we are faster (or slower) to respond depending on the nature of the question. The more technical the question (i.e. questions that require Spencer or Michael’s input), the longer the response time. As a general rule of thumb, here are estimated response times for various types of questions:

Report Possible Bug in Model – Forwarded along to Spencer/Michael same day; may not receive response but the guys regularly update models based on bug reports and feature requests
