The MLPD program adopts an interdisciplinary approach, guiding students through the entire process of real estate development from idea generation to asset monetization upon stabilization. It comprehensively covers all aspects of development, offering project-based courses in financial and market analysis, due diligence, site analysis, project and construction management, residential and commercial development, and sustainable practices. Through rigorous training in due diligence, site analysis, entitlements, project management, and market and financial analysis, graduates emerge uniquely prepared for real-world challenges.
