Unique real estate academic features

The MRED program consists of core, selective elective, and capstone benchmarks. The core curriculum comprises courses covering real estate principles, finance, development, applications of geographic information systems to planning and development, and sustainability-focused site planning, along with teamwork and negotiation/conflict management. Students will specialize in one of several areas related to real estate development, such as finance, planning, architecture, transportation, or sustainability. The capstone component involves collaborating within a team to tackle a complex real estate development challenge.
