If I am in the Construction module and switch the analysis date (Summary tab “Analysis_Length_Years”) value to anything but 10 years, model busts (#value issue everywhere)
Thanks for pointing this out. I’d failed to make the Stabilization calc formulas dynamic to the analysis period length. Thus, any period other than 10 errors out the Stabilization date. I’ve updated the model and uploaded the corrected version.
As a fix for earlier versions, such as the version you’re working with, just manually enter a Stabilization date on the Summary tab, and that should fix the problem.
for your benefit, here is the file. Note that manually changing stab date doesnt fly.
Also, i note that the chart on the summary page, if you change analysis period it disappears.
And every time i navigate to summary page, the sheets i had opened up (eg budget, equity cf, opstmts, etc) all go back into hidden mode.
