Hey there…Just giving a heads up…It looks like the Partnership Level Returns area of the Assumptions tab errors out with #VALUE! when choosing an analysis period of under 10 years. This doesn’t seem to be an issue with the previous version 6.1.
I just pulled down a fresh copy from the server in case it was me who borked the model on my hard drive.
Thanks for letting me know. When I added the sponsor fees to the Equity CF tab, I failed to make the new net levered CF line dynamic to analysis period length. I’ve made the fix and uploaded the revised file. You can download the updated file here:
