Thanks for the awesome model – I was wondering if you would recommend adding a data validation formula to help fix the problem regarding the End of Month timing issue you mentioned at 10:22 in the Construction Draw Tutorial? I was thinking one could use a custom formula to link the construction length (Cell C14 from the “Sources and Uses” sheet) with columns E and or F from the “Budget” sheet, thus disallowing the user from entering inconsistent values and entering a corresponding error message when this does occur?
