I know you put a lot of time into creating this model, and so thanks for many thanks for sharing it.
Not trying to nitpick, but wanted to pass along a formatting issue that I thought you might want to fix.
I noticed that if “Inc $/Yr” is chosen as the increase method on “ORI-RR” that on the “ORI-Calc” tab this amount comes over as a percentage rather than a decimal amount. For example, in the model I downloaded the third tenant in “ORI-Calc” tab shows in column O a figure of 50%, but the increase method is set to “Inc $/Yr” from “ORI-RR” which based on your terminology should be instead be $0.50.
