First, this model is incredible and I am still trying to learn the ins and outs of the model. A suggestion would be to limit entries to numeric values via Data Validation to stop #VALUE from appearing everywhere if someone mistypes into a cell that should be a numeric. I know this is a small suggestion.
Great suggestion and actually something that’s been on my to-do list. I’ll look to include additional data validation rules in upcoming releases to avoid the errors you mention.
Also, I noticed that in Column G on the Summary tab that some cells have data validation list when they should be empty cells (another small thing). A request is to include a navigation tab for Comparable Sales or Rent Comps.
The unnecessary data validation lists in Column G of the Summary tab must have been left over from previous edits. I’ll clean those up for this weekend’s update.
Great idea to add some sort of comp analysis. I’ll see what I can put together for a future release.
