Unfortunately no, the All-in-One model does not support an ARGUS drop. I have on my to do list to create an ARGUS drop model, where the user drops NOI and CapEx lines from ARGUS, and then the uses the model to layer in debt, calculate partnership returns, etc.
Spencer, thank you very much for your explanations of the models and concepts. I was going to mirror the above question, asking if there was an Excel model to drop NOI / CFs from Argus. Sounds like it is a work in progress. That would be very helpful. Thanks again for your efforts.
