    On the completed quiz worksheet the model has 40% GP promote to the GP. On the Frost and Main GP LLC term sheet,
    however, the term sheet has “30% to the GP Partner as a promote”. Shouldn’t the worksheet have 30%? i.e. cells (F11:F13) of CO GP returns.

    You are correct – thanks for spotting the error!

    I’ve gone ahead and updated the ‘Frost and Main GP, LLC summary partnership structure’ PDF to reflect a 40% promote to A.CRE Development Partners.

    Sorry for the mistake!
