We are seeking to hire an experienced Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team. This position will provide direct support to the Head of Treasury and maintain day to day operations of the organization’s treasury function. This position sits in our Boca Raton headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day requirements including cash movements between internal entities and to third parties, bank account openings and closing, and account reconciliations
- Problem-solve issues related to day-to-day activities
- Approve transaction fund workflows in accounting general ledger
- Maintain the organization’s borrowing facilities; submit paydowns, draws, calculation of borrowing base & coordinate with various operational groups to ensure borrowing strategies are in line with facility covenants and vice versa
- Assist in complex KYC onboardings for items such as ISDA agreements, FX spot trades, deal due diligence, and foreign bank accounts in various currencies and regions.
- Coordinate the settlement of large acquisitions relating to the firm’s investment management business by working with the various departments including deal teams, accounting teams, tax, legal, and portfolio companies
- Participate in relationship management including meetings and reviews with banks, administrators, vendors
- Assists head of treasury with insurance, procurement, and corporate T&E reviews
- Ad hoc reporting and projects
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of treasury experience preferred, in combination with accounting and finance accepted
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred
- Intermediate understanding of cash management-general treasury principles and processes; general accounting knowledge
- Ability to interpret the firm’s organizational complex multi-entity fund structure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing duties and priorities
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel experience required
- Familiarity Yardi, Kyriba & external banking portals highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with exposure to various internal department team members and external bank contacts
