The Research Department is dedicated to supporting the production network with comprehensive market research and competitive analysis. The Research Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data to assess market trends and investigate industry conditions that may impact commercial real estate transactions.
We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends and dynamics.
- Mine data sources including the Internet and 3rd party data providers.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations that communicate research findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Leverage advanced tools and technology to enhance data analysis.
- Stay up to date on latest industry trends.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- One to three years of prior experience in a similar position.
