Vice President- Acquisitions Full Time

AEI Capital Corporation is looking for an experienced Vice President – Acquisitions to join our team in  St. Paul!

About the Role

This position is key to our continued growth and success! You will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring healthcare-related net lease properties nationwide, building relationships with developers, brokers, and health systems, and presenting high-quality investment opportunities to our committee.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in commercial real estate acquisitions or development
• Strong network in healthcare real estate
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing $10–$20M deals
• Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel nationally

Hybrid role. Base plus incentive
