As a Commercial Real Estate Client Associate within the Commercial Term Lending team, you will have the opportunity to cultivate strong business relationships through proactive outreach to prospects and existing clients. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, engaging with clients to understand their business needs, shepherding loan opportunities through the process and providing innovative solutions to help them expand their real estate portfolio. You will also analyze commercial real estate cash flow and valuation, model various financial scenarios to select the best mortgage product for the client, and guide the loan package through the process from pre-approval to funding. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of professional experience within a commercial real estate firm or other financial services area, a solid understanding of financial concepts, excellent time management, verbal communication, and presentation skills, and a strong desire to be an active member of a sales team.
