Are you an experienced real estate appraiser with a strong network and deep roots in the Southern Netherlands? For our V&A CRE department, we’re looking for a senior professional who can take ownership and proactively realize our growth ambitions for the business and the team.
What are you going to do?
As a (Senior/Associate) Valuer within the regional team, you will take the lead in executing a wide range of assignments. You will be (ultimately) responsible for independently performing and coordinating valuations of various commercial properties and portfolios in the Southern geographic region. You will work closely with junior colleagues, guiding and coaching them in their development. You will be actively involved in client contacts and play a key role in maintaining and expanding our network. You will use validated calculation models and integrate market, rental, and property data into well-founded advice. You will have an eye for commercial opportunities and, together with the broader regional team, make a concrete contribution to the further growth of our business. You will also participate in internal knowledge sharing, project groups, and national collaborations across C&W’s service lines and within the V&A CRE department, including with other regional and specialized sector teams.
Depending on your experience level, you can start or progress to a team lead role. This role will provide you with additional responsibilities for the functioning of the Southern regional team and ensuring that specific objectives are met.

The Valuation & Advisory team comprises approximately 95 professionals, divided into three specializations: Commercial Real Estate, Living, and Specialist Markets. Within our enthusiastic, close-knit team, consultants, data analysts, and assistants work closely together. By combining our global expertise with in-depth local market knowledge, we consistently deliver high-quality results to our clients.
Who are you?
- You are an experienced real estate professional and recognize yourself in the following:
- You have 6 to 15 years of relevant work experience in real estate valuation.
- You are registered as a Registered Valuer (RT), preferably with a RICS and/or GZ annotation (required as an Associate).
- You have broad knowledge of the regional real estate market.
- You have strong commercial and communication skills.
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- You are in possession of a category B driving license.
