Research Analyst, Real Estate Full Time

C&W Research helps clients win new business through the provision of accurate and reliable statistical real estate market data and reports in line with the firm’s standards, as well as through superior market knowledge and presentations. It also provides in-depth market analysis to help internal and external clients make sound real estate decisions. This position is for a candidate to join the research department, comprised of real estate analysts.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• As a member of the research team, you will manage, coordinate and contribute to the delivery of client deliverables both domestically and regionally/globally.
• Manage the production and distribution of analytical research materials to provide accurate and timely market overviews to internal and external clients.
• Active participation in training programs and on-the-job training and a desire to learn.
• Support efforts to design, develop and enhance new research products and services.
• Update internal databases and ensure data quality and completeness.

Knowledge and experience

• Able to pay close attention to analysis and operations.
• Willingness to learn about commercial real estate expertise.
• Understand relevant statistics and data from research and act as a liaison between local and regional/global teams.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn other analytical software.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (including Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Independence and strong initiative

Language and requirements

• Native Japanese, Business level English
• A minimum of a university level degree is required.
